 1.        Hall

·           P.A. system rented charge per hour used:

·           Less than 2hours : RM40

·           More than 2hours : RM50

·           Staff needed per person is RM 5. (Every 2hour need at least 2 person)

RM5 x 2 = RM10

·           2 mic stand provided

·           Extra 1 mic stand : +RM10

·           2 mic provided

·           Extra 1 mic : +RM10

·           Extra 2 mic : +RM10 and Mixer: RM15 (mixer needed for the 4^th mic)

·           Less than 2hours + 2xStaff = RM 50

·           More than 2 hours + 4xStaff(followed by the duration of the duty) = RM 70++

2.        Outdoor set A(new)

·           Mixer: RM30

·           Amplifier: RM35

·           1 mic = RM10

·           2 mic = RM20

·           3 mic = RM30

·           4 mic = RM37

·           5 mic = RM45

·           Professionals Staff : RM10x2 = RM20 (Each 4 hours need at least 2 person)

·           Normal Staff: RM5x3=RM15.

·           Mixer + Amp + 1 mic + Professionals Staff + Normal Staff = RM110

·           Mixer + Amp + 2 mic + Professionals Staff + Normal Staff = RM120

·           Mixer + Amp + 3 mic + Professionals Staff + Normal Staff = RM130

Terms and Conditions

1.      Please take note that only the president and the teacher advisor have the right to change the price list.

2.      Kindly consult our committee members for further clarification.

3.      Booking should be made at least 1 week before the event. We have the right to not accept last minute booking.

4.      During AGM sessions, 10% discount will be given.

5.      During holidays the allowance per staff is doubled and the price for all the equipment will be increased by 10%.

IF ANY OF THE ABOVE PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM EQUIPMENT ARE DAMAGED,

                                        ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL BE INCURRED.
